This form can be used to retrieve upgrade discount. Original license key file provided at the time of the purchase needs to be uploaded in order to obtain the discount.
Depending on original purchase date, you may be provided either a discount coupon code, or a new license key. In latter case, please check your Downloads folder.
If the purchase was made through a reseller, please contact the reseller. There may be also other cases where the original license key is not recognised, in such case just contact us by email.
Note! When upgrading HQPlayer Embedded to version 6 from an earlier version, it is necessary to reset the web credentials, as password hashing algorithm has been updated.
